What's the position? As a Senior Trading Real Time Analyst, you will report to the RTA Manager and take a lead role in monitoring and analysing wagers in real-time to optimize the trading operations at Hard Rock Digital. Your insights will directly influence decisions and strategies that enhance customer engagement and betting efficiency. Aside from the above, you will act as a coach and mentor for junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities - • Real-Time Analysis: Monitor and analyse wagers, customer behaviours, and betting patterns in real-time to ensure optimal functionality and profitability of our trading operations.
- • Leadership and Expertise: Take the lead in sports you are an expert in, driving initiatives and producing material that keeps Hard Rock Digital at the forefront of emerging trends and angles.
- • Collaboration and Strategic Alignment: Regularly collaborate with the trading and optimization departments to cross-reference betting patterns with market movements, enhancing the integration of comprehensive betting strategies.
- Training and Development: Assist with the onboarding and mentorship of junior analysts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and expertise sharing.
What are we looking for? - Professional Experience: Significant experience in a senior trading or analytical role within a sportsbook is essential. A demonstrated ability to manage complex trading systems and interface with third-party suppliers effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of sports betting and customer behaviour with a commitment to being a subject matter expert in the field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in team settings towards common goals.
