First International Bank and Trust is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator , to serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on expert for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud. You’ll drive platform innovation, ensure data integrity, and empower cross-functional teams with scalable solutions that support long-term growth.

Compensation --- $95,000 - $135,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead administration and optimization of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud.
• Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and maintain the Salesforce roadmap.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with banking systems and digital products.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain Salesforce as the Single Source of Truth (SSoT).
• Support agile project planning and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Promote adoption through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features to enhance user experience.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in banking, marketing, or computer science preferred.
• 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin or other certifications preferred.
• Experience with data tools (DemandTools, Data Loader) and third-party integrations (Appexchange, Mulesoft).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, data architecture, and system integrations.
• Strong strategic thinking, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Agile project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
