About the Role We're in search of a Senior Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in shaping our growing team and helping to create a top-tier recruiting capability. As the first full-time hire in our talent team, you'll develop and execute strategies to build and hire a network of mental health providers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and is passionate about making a difference.
This is a remote role with a strong preference for those candidates in a commutable distance to our Deerfield Beach, Florida headquarters.
What You'll Do Develop Strategies: Create and execute recruiting strategies to attract top-tier mental health providers, including therapists, nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, in collaboration with our clinical team.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and relationship-building efforts.
Collaborate Effectively: Work across our team to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and hiring plans.
Leverage Technology: Utilize and enhance various recruiting tools and platforms, including our ATS, to identify, engage, and streamline operations with potential candidates.
Conduct Interviews: Perform thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet our high standards of care and professionalism
Analyze Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare recruiting and recruitment marketing.
The Experience, Traits and Skills You'll Have Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of recruiting experience including a strong focus on healthcare recruiting. Experience in telemedicine and mental health is a plus.
Location: Strong preference for those located in the Eastern time zone.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in recruiting healthcare professionals.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and expert at relationship-building.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media and digital with a strong understanding of networking and talent pipelining.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in optimizing and managing ATS platforms. Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and drive improvements.
Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while also being an effective team player.
Operational Development: Experience in developing recruitment operations, including process documentation and implementation of tools.
Forward-Thinking: Keen interest in staying ahead of healthcare recruiting trends and new technologies.
