Seeking a Senior Attorney with extensive experience in marketing and advertising compliance within the asset management industry. This role requires someone who can operate independently, provide decisive guidance, and bring strong presence and gravitas to interactions across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on all marketing and advertising materials, including presentations, pitchbooks, website disclosures, social media, and product-specific materials.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and global marketing rules (where applicable).
• Partner with Investor Relations, Product, and Compliance to streamline review processes and manage risk.
• Draft and update marketing-related policies, disclosures, and compliance frameworks.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on performance advertising, testimonials/endorsements, and GIPS implications.
• Provide training and strategic advice to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of relevant legal/compliance experience, preferably from another lateral fund or top-tier asset manager.
• Strong command of SEC marketing rules and investment adviser regulations.
• Able to operate autonomously and influence senior leadership.
• JD required; strong academic pedigree preferred.
