Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

Pay: $70,000-$80,000

As a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will help cultivate and maintain a lean culture using various continuous improvement tools to achieve world class manufacturing performance.

• Analyze current manufacturing production processes to identify opportunities for optimization using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve quality.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, ensuring the changes align with production goals and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize AVEVA data insights to focus improvement efforts to reduce lost time on automated production lines
• Develop productivity playbook for senior leadership with data driven actions to improve operational performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, statistics or a related field.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Management, Process Improvement.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• CPG or manufacturing experience a plus.
