We are looking for our second FP&A hire at ALSO to support the Engineering and Supply Chain teams and help shape both our strategic and financial future. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment where you can directly impact the companys trajectory and contribute to the worlds transition to sustainable mobility solutions.

What You Will Do

• Act as the primary finance partner for engineering and supply chain leaders and collaborate with their teams worldwide
• Develop and own the financial plan for production, engineering, and supply chain
• Partner with production planning to optimize build plans and material forecasts and balance cost efficiency, flexibility, and speed
• Guide engineering and sourcing decisions to achieve program cost targets across OpEx, CapEx, and BOM
• Build business cases to drive key decisions on product roadmap, sourcing, and manufacturing strategy
• Maintain the finance BOM and audit ALSO's cost structure across its supply chain

What You Will Bring

• 4+ years of experience at high-growth companies, investment banks, or consulting firms, with a track record of delivering impact
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Ability to thrive amid shifting priorities and ambiguity
• Expert-level skills in financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets
• Working experience and interest in leveraging LLMs to get to accurate answers faster

Preferred

• Experience supporting hardware engineering or manufacturing teams in a finance role, or a background in engineering or procurement
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI or similar tools, and NetSuite

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
