We’re a creative agency that believes in big ideas, bold strategies, and having a little fun along the way. We’re passionate about our clients, our work, and the impact we make, and we need a Senior Account Manager who’s ready to dive in, build strong client relationships, and help us deliver campaigns that break through the noise.

If you’re a proactive, organized, and strategic thinker who thrives on client relationships and project management, we want you to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Champion : You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, their goals are achieved, and their expectations are exceeded. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships and become their trusted partner.
  • Project Maestro : From kickoff to final delivery, you’ll lead the charge on managing projects across multiple accounts. You’ll keep everything on track, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are respected, and quality is top-notch.

  • Problem Solver : Things don’t always go according to plan – and that’s where you shine! You’ll navigate challenges with grace, find creative solutions, and keep everyone (including clients) calm and happy.
  • Team Collaborator : You’ll work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure the smooth execution of all projects, providing clear direction and keeping communication flowing seamlessly.
  • Client Presenter : You’ll present ideas, campaigns, and strategies to clients with confidence, making sure they understand the vision and the impact. You’ve got a knack for making complex concepts easy to understand – and fun to discuss!
  • Budget & Timeline Keeper : You’ll manage project budgets and timelines, keeping everything on track and ensuring we deliver on time and on budget – no surprises here!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience : You’ve got 5+ years in account management at an ad agency or similar creative environment. You’ve worked on big campaigns and know how to juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • Client Whisperer : You know how to listen, build trust, and keep clients happy, even when the pressure is on. You understand their needs, but you also know when to push them with bold, creative ideas.
  • Project Ninja : You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage complex projects with ease. You’re a master of timelines, budgets, and making sure things get done – and done right.
  • Strategic Thinker : You understand the bigger picture and can help translate client goals into actionable, creative strategies. You’re not just managing projects – you’re driving success.
  • Great Communicator : You’re a clear, concise communicator who knows how to get the point across, whether you’re emailing clients, leading meetings, or presenting to a room full of creatives.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire : You’ve got a knack for solving problems on the fly and can handle anything that comes your way with a calm, level head.
  • Pro at Relationship Building : You’re a natural at fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. People trust you and enjoy working with you.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous PTO and holiday schedule
  • Professional development opportunities and a culture of learning
  • A team that knows how to balance hard work with play (and a few virtual happy hours!)

  • A fun, inclusive team culture where ideas flow freely and creativity is encouraged
  • Access to the latest tools and tech to keep you at the top of your game
