From 2005 to 2020, Integrity Networks, Inc. was a privately held company led by its founding partners. In 2021, the founding partners sold the company to American Engineering Corporation of Japan, a subsidiary of Outsourcing Inc., a publicly traded company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange with global operations. Following the transaction, Integrity Networks operated as a subsidiary of American Engineering Corporation.

From 2021 to 2024, Integrity Networks continued operating under AEC. In late 2023, Bain Capital acquired Outsourcing Inc. and announced plans to take the company private. As part of this transition, AEC decided to divest all non-strategic assets, including Integrity Networks. This led to the acquisition of Integrity Networks by Integrity in early 2025.

 

Role Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Technical Services, Scott Day, you will be central to the “Get Work Group.” This role is located within the Greater Western Washington area at our Headquarters in Renton, WA. Occasional travel to Eastern Washington will be required as well. In person meetings with clients and fellow staff members is central to this role. As such, remote sales from other geographical locations will not be permitted.

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with key enterprise and SLED clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales including Physical Security, Networking, Audio Visual and Wireless. Demonstrates exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities within the market.

 

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise-level and SLED clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Utilize both cold and warm calling techniques to engage potential clients and schedule meetings.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts alongside senior leadership and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to deliver exceptional service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.

 

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close high-value deals.
  • Experience in business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with market analysis techniques to identify potential growth areas.
  • Experience networking with key manufacturers for prospecting and joint sales calls.
  • Well versed in working within various CRM platforms with the ability to perform multiple reporting and forecasting functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year D.O.E.
