Requirement: Scrum Master

Job Description: Forge requires a Certified Scrum Master to join our team supporting the U.S. Army. This individual will develop an understanding of the product vision, refine and prepare user stories and associated documentation, validate the successful functionality implementation, and work closely with developers to answer questions.

Key Responsibilities : Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):

• Work with SMEs to refine user stories

• Validate implementation of user stories

• Develop wireframes and mockups

• Update business process models following BPMN best practices

• Develop training materials and guides

• Rapidly answer questions for the development teams

• Maintain Active Security Clearance

Qualifications/Requirements:

The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

We are looking for candidates with....

Minimum Qualifications:

• US Citizen

• Five years of professional experience

• Certified Scrum Master

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

• Expert understanding of SAFe concepts and methodology

• Experience with Jira Software and AWS

• Experience with GitLab

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience developing and managing a backlog

  Highly Desired Qualifications:

• SAFe certification

• Active Security Clearance

• Comptia Security+ certification

• Appian experience (or other low code platform)

• API experience

Job: Full-time

Location: DC, MD, VA (Full Telework w/ 20% Travel)

Salary Range: $130k - $155k/yr
