Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Department of Education qualification for School Social Worker
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW)
- Previous experience working with K-7 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and community resources
- Knowledge of social, emotional, and behavioral issues in children

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, counseling, and support services to students facing social and emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized student support plans
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on social-emotional learning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a coordinated approach to student care
- Advocate for students needs and connect families with appropriate community resources
