Overview Job Title: Salesforce Consultant (6+ yrs needed). Location: Torrance, California (5 Days Onsite). Duration: Long Term. Role: Salesforce Consultant to work closely with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. You will be the bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements. Design Salesforce solutions and recommend best practices. Configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and support customizations. Work with developers to deliver technical solutions. Conduct demos, user training, and support change management. Ensure solutions meet business goals and are scalable. Requirements 6+ years of experience with Salesforce projects. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and capabilities. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud a plus). Salesforce Consultant or Administrator certification preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
