Sales Trainer

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Trainer to join our team! In this role, you will lead by example—engaging in face-to-face sales while training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills. You’ll play a key part in shaping our sales team’s success by demonstrating best practices, coaching on sales techniques, and ensuring that every team member is equipped to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead from the front by actively engaging in face-to-face sales, setting the standard for performance.
Train and mentor new and existing team members on sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
Deliver engaging in-person training sessions, including hands-on demonstrations and role-playing exercises.
Provide real-time coaching during live sales interactions, offering guidance and feedback to boost team performance.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
Stay updated on industry trends to continuously refine training strategies and sales techniques.
Track team progress and effectiveness, adjusting training methods to maximize results.
Requirements
Experience in sales training, sales leadership, or a similar role, with a strong background in face-to-face sales is a bonus.
A passion for mentoring others and the ability to inspire confidence in team members.
Excellent public speaking and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while balancing training and personal sales targets.
A proactive approach to research and staying ahead of industry trends.
