Suncoast Post-Tension Ltd, a Keller Company, is an established post tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our eight manufacturing facilities in the US.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Leander, TX. This position requires the ability to build relationships, account maintenance and outbound sales. The individual for this position will be able to operate with a high level of autonomy with little close supervision on daily duties. Much of the work is locally based with little overnight travel. The perfect candidate will have experience in the construction industry, preferably with rebar sales experience. The expectation is a 25% ongoing account management with around 75% outbound sales.

• Overseeing billing, orders, pour dates, repairs, bids and coordinating deliveries.
• Constant communication with existing customers to ensure we are meeting their needs.
• Construction site visits.
• Address issues or concerns from current customers.
• Identify and contact potential new customers utilizing, building permits, industry contacts, cold call office visits, sales meetings.
• Bid out to jobs for existing and new sales customers.
• Assist AR with collections; obtain PO’s, pickup checks, contact customers for payment status
• Assist Logistics to help with Hot Shot deliveries as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma required; 2-year Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft office suite of products is required (excel, word primarily)
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with account management.
• Experience in relationship building, account maintenance and outbound sales.
• Ability to read Blueprints.
• Attention to detail
• Get-it-done attitude
• Ability to meet fast paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines
• Must be well organized, self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills.
• Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills necessary.

Salary Range : $80,000-$100,000 per year

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
