Our client is a rapidly growing national supplier of specialized environmental monitoring equipment and materials. They serve environmental consultants, engineers, industrial hygienists, and other technical professionals who rely on dependable instruments, competitive pricing, and knowledgeable service. With multiple locations across the U.S. and a new branch opening soon, the company combines local expertise with a national presence, offering flexible rental solutions and outstanding customer support.

THE JOB

This hybrid Sales & Marketing Coordinator role blends creative digital marketing with proactive inside sales. You’ll manage inbound leads generated from the company’s website and digital campaigns, qualify them for opportunities, and actively prospect within key industries. On the marketing side, you’ll oversee social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), create visual content using Canva, support monthly email campaigns, and contribute to broader marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads (“web hits”), identifying additional contacts, departments, and needs.
  • Develop and execute call campaigns using customer lists, past quotes/orders, referrals, LinkedIn, and trade association networks.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Assist with email campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate CRM records for all sales activity.
  • Collaborate with branch offices to ensure smooth coordination of orders and opportunities.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Experience in marketing, inside sales, or a similar hybrid role.
  • Proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools), and with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
  • Ability to manage both creative marketing tasks and sales prospecting activities.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, self-motivated mindset.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, environmental science/engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of environmental, engineering, or other technical products.
  • Experience with cold calling or high-volume outreach.
  • Technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn about scientific products.

THE BENEFITS

  • Base salary of $45,000–$50,000, plus approximately $10,000 annual profit share (target total compensation: $50,000–$65,000).
  • Hourly position with eligibility for company profit sharing.
