Your new role

As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance on all construction sites throughout Northern VA. You will develop and implement safety programs, conduct regular site inspections, and provide training to staff and subcontractors. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe working environment and preventing accidents and injuries.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' experience in construction safety management
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to conduct thorough safety audits and risk assessments
