As a Full-Time Robotics Programmer at CNC Solutions LLC, you will play a pivotal role in the successful programming of our custom automation systems, both at our facility and at customer sites. Your expertise will be essential in completing onsite commissioning of robotic cells, ensuring they operate seamlessly. You will develop comprehensive documentation and operation manuals to support our innovative solutions. Furthermore, you'll provide crucial training and production support to customers following runoff completion, fostering long-term relationships and satisfaction.
The role also includes the service and repair of robotic systems, where attention to detail is vital, including filling out field service reports to maintain transparency and efficiency. To thrive as a Full-Time Robotics Programmer at CNC Solutions LLC, you'll need a robust set of skills and experiences. A minimum of 5-10 years of advanced programming with Fanuc robots in material handling processes is essential, while experience with ABB, Motoman, and UR robotics is advantageous. Proficiency in offline programming using FANUC Roboguide and familiarity with vision processes utilizing FANUC iRVision will also be crucial.
Knowledge of Cognex, Keyence, or other vision systems adds value. Although not mandatory, understanding programming languages like KAREL (UNIX), Basic, or C++ is a plus. You should also be adept at creating HMI screens on robot teach pendants and interfacing with machine tools and peripheral equipment.
Additionally, a solid grasp of mechanical, fluid power, and electrical principles, as well as various communication protocols such as Ethernet I/P and Profibus, will be vital. Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service abilities are necessary to support our clients effectively.
