What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components with accuracy and care.
• Interpret and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Inspect and test completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Use hand and power tools daily—soldering, crimping, fastening, wiring.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with team members to find solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or a related field.
• High school diploma (technical training or certifications a plus).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
