Position Overview

As a Remote Virtual Assistant at GreenTown Production, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to our leadership and project teams. You’ll help manage schedules, organize communications, coordinate projects, and ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly — all while working remotely.

This role is ideal for highly organized, self-motivated individuals who excel at managing multiple tasks, maintaining structure, and supporting others efficiently. Veterans with experience in logistics, administration, or operational planning will find this position to be a natural fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments.

  • Handle email management, draft communications, and maintain professional correspondence.

  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

  • Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and support ongoing projects.

  • Maintain accurate records and update company databases as needed.

  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and information management.

  • Support the onboarding of new team members and coordinate administrative processes.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in an operations/logistics support role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Asana).

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

  • Dependable, proactive, and mission-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Military background in administrative, logistics, operations, or leadership roles.

  • Experience supporting executives or teams remotely.

  • Familiarity with sustainability or environmental industries (a plus, not required).
