A thriving plaintiffs’ firm specializing in complex consumer class action and high-impact litigation is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in California to join their growing team. This Litigation Paralegal opportunity is a remote, full-time opportunity offering stability, meaningful work, and collaboration with a talented group of attorneys.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in federal and state complex litigation , including class action matters.
• Manage discovery , including propounding/responding, document production, and organization.
• Handle court filings (state and federal) and maintain accurate docketing .
• Conduct cite checking, blue booking , and proofreading for filings and briefs.
• Assist with deposition preparation, trial exhibits, and case management from inception through resolution.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of California litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex or class action matters .
• Strong command of federal and state court procedures and e-filing platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with legal software, discovery databases, and MS Office Suite.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required.
