We are seeking a talented Regulatory & Standards Materials Engineer to join our Materials & Chemistry Network of Excellence Team within the Global Advanced Technology Organization. Our mission is to drive product innovation and differentiation through cutting-edge materials and chemistry technologies, leveraging both internal expertise and external partnerships to accelerate technology implementation in HVAC applications across Trane Technologies' strategic business units.

As a Regulatory & Standards Materials Engineer, you will advance and integrate cutting-edge materials and technologies across Trane Technologies’ HVAC products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with global teams to develop and qualify new materials, contribute to centralized materials data management, and partner with external research groups to advance new materials. Additionally, you will create and maintain technology roadmaps to identify opportunities and ensure compliance ahead of regulatory deadlines.

Compensation:
\nBase Salary: $84,500 - $112,500
