Job Posting: Registration Clerk

Department: Patient Admissions

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Registration Clerk to join our hospital’s front-line team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients and visitors during the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in and register patients upon arrival
• Accurately enter patient demographics into the system
• Verify patient and visitor identity using photo ID and personal information
• Determine payment method (out-of-pocket or financial assistance)
• Explain and collect signed consent forms
• Provide admissions paperwork and verify insurance coverage
• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
