Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. Day-to-day tasks include performing patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the nurse will educate patients and their families on healthcare practices, monitor patient progress, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
