Recycling Coordinator

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00a-5:30p
Worthington, Ohio (onsite)
The Recycling Coordinator controls Recycle Request Tickets and takes proper action until completion. This position is required to help as needed in any recycling capacity, including but not limited to Mobile Sanitization Technician help.
What you’ll be doing:
- Respond to client emails regarding recycling, update logistics on RRT status, and ensure proper documentation upon completion
- Track and manage RRTs throughout the recycling process, coordinating with finance and logistics
- Oversee recycling inventory from receipt to disposal, ensuring proper processing and documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including packages and pallet shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records, matching devices to open RRTs and ensuring timely processing
- Test, sanitize, erase, grade, and log mobile devices, disposing of non-conforming units properly
- Keep storage areas organized and ensure devices are assigned to correct locations
- Support final device reviews, recycling operations, and collaboration with Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams
- Specialize in processing inbound and outbound shipments and completing required documentation
Who we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of logistics experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
