Were looking for an entry level Recruiter with exceptional communication skills to join our TA team! You will screen potential applicants and schedule interviews for our hiring managers across the United States.

We are looking for candidates who can adhere to an 11:00 a.m. - 7:30p.m or 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. schedule. This position reports to our office in Northborough, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

• Conduct phone screens using our proven methodology
• Engage candidates in dynamic conversations to discuss their motivations and values
• Schedule interviews for hiring managers across the United States
• Enter data into the applicant tracking system rapidly and accurately
• Keep candidates engaged and excited to join the company
