Tesla is searching for an exceptional Recruiter to support Manufacturing Development Programs at Gigafactory Texas. A great Recruiter stands apart by excelling at talent identification, attraction and assessment while developing deep partnerships with business and cross-functional teams. In addition to excellent recruiting ability, Tesla is seeking excellent business development skills with internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will partner with our Workforce, Education and Recruiting teams to coordinate community outreach, including internal and external program related events. This role will be critical to driving business development, growth and scale to development programs at Gigafactory Texas.
