Location: Los Angeles (On-Site)

We’re looking for a sharp, experienced In-House Recruiter who knows how to build teams that win. What You’ll Own

Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for legal and corporate roles
  • Strategically source and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple channels: job boards, social platforms, networking, referrals, and live events
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments through resume review, phone/Zoom interviews, and skill evaluation
  • Drive seamless, effective interview processes with hiring managers and leadership

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Act as a true partner to department heads — calibrate on role specs, develop job descriptions, and craft custom hiring strategies
  • Keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication, reporting, and follow-through

Systems & Process Execution

  • Manage postings across multiple job platforms
  • Leverage ATS to track applicants, update candidate pipelines, and maintain compliance documentation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruiting metrics and outcomes

Qualifications

  • Must be available for a full-time, on-site role; this is not your standard 9–5
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within legal and corporate functions
  • You communicate with clarity and confidence — both with candidates and hiring leaders
  • You juggle multiple priorities without missing deadlines or details
  • You think proactively, solve problems independently, and never wait to be told what to do
  • You know how to work an ATS and track metrics that matter
  • You’ve worked with external boards like LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed
  • You bring a working knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
  • Your tech-savvy — proficient in Office 365, ATS software, and quick to adapt
  • Experience in fast-moving, growth-stage professional services environments
  • Able to handle dozens of high priorities and fast-moving requisitions
  • We can’t emphasize enough, you must be strong under pressure

Compensation

  • $100k+ base, depending on experience
