A technology organization in Union, NJ is seeking a new Recruiter to join their team. This is a fully onsite contract covering a maternity leave.

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (onsite)
• Hours: 8-5pm
  

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to determine fit
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings
• Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience
• Track and report on sourcing metrics and recruitment progress

• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a Recruiting and/or Sourcing role/environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Paylocity
