Description
Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation. Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesJob Posting: Create and advertise job openings on various platforms.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential candidates through job boards and social media.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive experience.
Job Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment recommendations.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Market Research: Stay updated on recruitment trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Refine recruitment processes based on feedback and effectiveness.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseProven experience as a recruiter or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
