Responsibilities: • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Complete our step-by-step training system • Contact and follow up with buyers, sellers, and investors who want to have their properties and future properties managed • Responsible for timely and consistent follow-up with pre-qualified leads who have contacted us regarding having properties managed. • Uphold the highest standards of diligence within our industry • Use our proven scripts, systems, and technology Qualifications: • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • Basic understanding of MS Office • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling • Strong work ethic • Willing to learn • Driven to succeed • Team player • Winning attitude • Track record of success • Coachable • Achiever mentality • Sharp as a tack • Enthusiastic • Self Managed, self-disciplined • Gets better every day • Strives for excellence in every aspect • DETAIL ORIENTED Compensation: $36,000 - $60,000 yearly
