Lavish Photography is a leading real estate photography company specializing in high-quality imagery, drone photography, and virtual tours. We provide top-tier visual content to real estate professionals, helping them market properties effectively. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer to join our team.
Requirements:
Capture high-quality interior and exterior real estate photographs for residential and commercial properties.
Utilize HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography techniques to produce well-balanced, natural-looking images.
Operate a 360-degree camera to create immersive virtual tours for listings.
Conduct aerial photography and videography using a drone (must have an active Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate).
Ensure all equipment is maintained and in excellent working condition.
Must have an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (for drone operations).
Own professional-grade photography equipment, including a DSLR/mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens, 360 camera, and drone.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
Ability to work independently and professionally interact with clients.
No editing or delivery of media is required.
