Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed realtor to join our team in a multifaceted role that combines agent support, mentoring, and marketing. In this role, you'll assist our agents with paperwork, property showings, customer service, and marketing efforts, while also receiving mentorship to grow into a full-time real estate agent on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to agents, including managing paperwork and documentation.
Assist with property showings, open houses, and client communications.
Support marketing efforts, including social media, listings, and promotional materials.
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client service and smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
Active real estate license.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in real estate software and marketing tools.
Enthusiasm for learning and growth in the real estate industry.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
