About the Role:

As a Psychiatrist at Seattle Neuropsychiatric Treatment Center PLLC, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, treating, and managing complex mental health disorders in a diverse patient population. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fellowship or additional training in trauma-informed care or behavioral health specialties.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and leadership roles within psychiatric settings.
  • Familiarity with integrated care models and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
  • Advanced certifications in psychotherapy modalities such as CBT or DBT.
  • Prior work experience in a neuropsychiatric or specialized mental health treatment center.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions accurately.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating psychotherapy, medication, and other therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed care to patients experiencing acute psychiatric episodes.
  • Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to psychology and counseling staff to ensure high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychiatry and behavioral health to continuously improve treatment approaches.
