Integrated Staffing is seeking a Project Manager to support our client’s NY-Sun Program, contributing to the development and operations of renewable energy initiatives. The selected candidate will collaborate with NY-Sun Residential and Nonresidential program staff, contractors, and customers to ensure the program's success and alignment with our client’s energy goals.

This is a full-time, remote position for a 1-year contract. The pay rate ranges from $40.86 - $52.88/hr depending on experience. The start day is tentatively scheduled Monday, January 6, 2025.

Project Manager (Remote) Key Responsibilities:

· Program Operations Support:

• • Engage with contractors and customers participating in the Residential/Nonresidential Program.
  • Coordinate with Quality and Market Standards (QMS) teams to update contractor statuses.
  • Assist with onboarding new contractors and processing project modifications and design reviews.

· Documentation and Development:

• • Work with staff to develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidance documents for contractors.

· Other Duties:

• • Perform tasks aligned with the objectives of the NY-Sun and Energy Storage teams, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.

Project Manager (Remote) Qualifications and Skills

• Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite (including Teams).
  • Knowledge of solar PV and energy storage systems, as well as NY Solar and Storage markets.
  • Experience with distributed energy resource programs, particularly NY-Sun.
