We are seeking a Project Manager role for our client for exceptional candidates who possess project management experience in commercial construction for a general contractor.
Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and manage projects (timelines, deliverables, and actions).
· Support field staff, coordinate subcontractor activities, and maintain communication with supervisors and subcontractors.
· Prepare frequent progress updates on project goals.
· Keep owner and representatives informed about construction progress and conduct regular job site meetings.
· Adhere and maintain safety standards to ensure reporting, compliance, and preventive measures.
Requirements
· 5+ years of Superintendent experience working for a general contractor
· Uses of construction management software MS Project, Procore, and Viewpoint (Procore not required).
· Ground-up and remodel projects in the following areas: healthcare, schools, and other large commercial projects (beyond restaurants and hotels).
· Must have a stable work history and good tenure with references; Open to local candidates only (no relocations).
