Base pay range $24.06/hr - $34.38/hr Title : Financial Analyst I Location : Southwestern United States (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$24.06-$34.38/Hrs Description Provide support in the development, negotiation, execution, and administration of complex financing instruments related to sales and placements. Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis to make appropriate recommendations. Ensure contracts are negotiated and prepared accurately and in a timely manner. Consult with relevant departments regarding contract language and interpretation. Manage contract awards and ensure accurate communication to appropriate departments. Enter and manage contract information accurately for future analysis and tracking. Analyze, track, and report on financial performance to leadership. Key Responsibilities Assist sales force and finance in contract preparation and negotiation. Ensure pricing is within guidelines and contracts have appropriate approval. Set up contracts in systems for accurate payment calculations. Manage compliance levels with sales representatives. Recommend process changes for efficiency and accuracy. Prepare rebate agreements and administer contracts with compliance calculations. Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members. Qualifications 2-4 years of business experience with a finance background preferred. Experience in sales contract management preferred. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Problem resolution and workload prioritization skills. Bachelor's degree in finance or business.
