Entry-Level Production Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing

What You’ll Do:
•    Operate and monitor production machinery that fills cartridges and tubes with aerospace-grade materials
•    Assist with labeling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment
•    Perform basic machine adjustments and quality checks
•    Keep your work area organized and safe following 5S standards
•    Work closely with a supportive production team that wants to see you succeed

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity through Verstela Staffing, you’ll start strong, receive full training, and have a clear path to permanent hire and advancement.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00am – 1:30pm

Pay: $20.00 per hour
