Agency Category Procurement Analyst

Location: Peoria, IL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (Onsite)

Job Type: 24-month W2 Contract (Potential to extend or convert)

Pay Range: $28-35/hourly with optional benefits including PTO, holiday pay, medical insurance, and 401(k)

Position’s Contributions to Work Group

• Clean up the backlog of contracts (MSAs, schedules, change orders, etc.) for the FPMS team—currently ~75 past due
• Manage diversity supplier status updates, new supplier setups, trade compliance for new suppliers, SIA updates, supplier code maintenance, JPI project loading in SMART, and invoice grief resolution
• Gather and approve all third-party pass-through requests, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues with requisitioners and suppliers
• Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance and identify necessary changes
• Review supplier KPI metrics and support optimization through the Supplier Relationship Management program

Typical Task Breakdown

• Write contracts and clear backlog in the Facility and Process Maintenance space
• Gather and approve third-party pass-through requests, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues
• Review supplier KPIs and support optimization based on price, quality, service, and availability
• Approve purchase orders, guided buy projects, and SIA requests
• Evaluate and monitor contract performance for compliance and improvement opportunities

Education & Experience Required

• High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience
• Associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 5+ years of experience
