Private Nanny (Spanish-speaking)

Full Time, Permanent

Compensation: $100,000-110,000 p.a.

My client, a high-net-worth private couple, is seeking an experienced, travel-flexible career nanny whose primary language is Spanish (and fluent in English). The nanny will provide nurturing, structured, and values-driven care for their 3 children (ages 3.5, 6, and 9). Must be RBT certified.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Communicate exclusively in Spanish with the children.
• Ensure good nutrition, hygiene, and limited screen time per parental guidelines.
• Facilitate a balance between schoolwork, extracurriculars, and downtime, collaborating with a tutor if necessary.
• Drive children to and from school, appointments, and activities.
• Manage sibling conflicts with patience and RBT (Registered Behavior Therapist) techniques.
• Foster creativity through reading, art, gardening, and other engaging activities.
• Organize children’s needs and coordinate with the Domestic Chief of Staff while maintaining a budget.
• Plan structured daily activities, ensuring a smooth and organized schedule.
• Encourage independence in daily routines, such as dressing, eating, and tidying up.
• Maintain current medical and dental appointments.
• Travel internationally and domestically (5-6 times per year) with the family to provide childcare.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced career nanny accustomed to high-net-worth households.
• RBT certified (Registered Behavior Therapist), adept at conflict resolution and behavior management.
• Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
• Confident driver with a clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Holds a valid passport and is willing to travel with the family as needed (5-6 times a year, international/domestic travel).
• Strong swimmer.
• Experience caring for at least 3 children at once, aged 2-5.
• Comfortable with a pet dog in the home.
• Highly organized, emotionally controlled, and able to create a warm but structured environment.
• Must pass a background check and credit check.
