Title: Private Equity Senior Associate / Vice President

Company Summary: A North Carolina-based private equity firm is seeking a Private Equity Senior Associate/VP to join its dynamic team. The firm specializes in lower-middle market investments across a diverse range of industries.

As the Senior Associate / Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in their investment strategy and execution. You will work closely with their senior leadership team, participating in the full spectrum of the private equity investment cycle. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a lean, highly acquisitive team and shape the future of the firm while contributing to the success of their portfolio companies.


The Private Equity Professional will be responsible for:

• Execution of broader market and industry research
• Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and returns analysis for various investment targets
• Take point on due diligence processes
• Monitor existing investment portfolio
• Assisting the team with operating/portfolio company work

The Private Equity Professional should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage transactions from inception to closing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
