Position Overview

As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio company initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, transaction experience, and a passion for building businesses in the real economy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments
  • Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee
  • Support deal execution, including structuring, negotiations, and closing processes
  • Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to implement strategic and operational initiatives
  • Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
  • Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities and building relationships with intermediaries
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in industrials, manufacturing, distribution, or infrastructure sectors
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
