Job Title: Digital Print Production Operator
Location: Englewood, CO (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Position Summary

The Digital Print Production Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of digital printing equipment and finishing tools to deliver high-quality printed materials across multiple business units. This individual plays a key role in ensuring print jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate small- and large-format printers and multifunction slitters/cutters
• Complete finishing tasks such as lamination, foam-core mounting, decal installs, binding, and grommeting
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, tray alignment, and color calibration
• Coordinate project details, updates, and feedback with the Print Services Manager
• Handle and stage materials safely following lifting and storage standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2–3 years of experience in print production preferred
• Working knowledge of file-prep fundamentals (bleed, crop marks, imposition)
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience operating slitters/cutters for business cards, postcards, etc.
• Familiarity with EFI Fiery or equivalent RIP software preferred
• Graphic design experience is a plus
