About the Company:

GoldLeaf Print & Packaging is seeking a Digital Printing Specialist to join our production team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in digital printing who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to producing work of the highest quality.

As a Digital Printing Specialist, you will operate advanced Konica digital presses . You will work closely with design, prepress, and finishing teams to ensure projects are completed with precision, consistency, and efficiency.

This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Konica digital presses with attention to accuracy and efficiency
• Review job tickets and prepress files to verify correctness prior to production
• Monitor print runs to ensure consistency, quality, and color accuracy
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight production deadlines
• Provide support to other departments (including Guillotine Cutter operations) as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant production environment
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating digital printing presses required (Konica strongly preferred)
• Solid technical understanding of print workflows, substrates, and finishing processes
• Ability to identify and resolve minor mechanical and software issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving production setting

• Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of computer software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
