The Practice Manager II oversees the operations of three or more physician practices, supporting at least 6 providers and managing a minimum of 10 employee FTEs. The role ensures high-quality care and services, achieving operational and financial goals, and overseeing practice staff to ensure efficient workflows using standardized processes and best practices.

• Supervises and motivates staff, promoting teamwork, development, and goal setting. Handles hiring, training, evaluating, and counseling employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies and scope of practice.
• Sets standards for professionalism and customer service, facilitating effective relationships with providers, staff, and patients.
• Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and risk standards, manages supplies and inventory, and processes invoices and bills.
• Acts as a liaison for new provider onboarding and integration activities.
• Manages revenue cycle processes, reviews data trends, and participates in planning and budgeting.
• Coordinates with hospital departments and ensures compliance with regulatory agencies.

Minimum education required is an Associate's Degree, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree. Candidates should have at least two years managing a physician practice or equivalent experience as a Practice Lead with relevant training. Strong communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Windows Office and EMR are essential. Knowledge of CarePath, Scheduling, and Registration is preferred.
