• The Phlebotomist I supports patient care by greeting patients, answering questions with compassion, and maintaining a safe, professional environment.
• This role represents the face of the organization and is essential to creating a positive, trusted experience for patients.
• The individual will help maintain the waiting area, support other phlebotomists during breaks, and receive training to develop phlebotomy skills.

• No prior phlebotomy experience required.

• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Support patient comfort by explaining procedures and creating a confident, trusting atmosphere.
