About the Company:

This is a part-time role for a fast-growing digital business group operating in the e-commerce, logistics, and online acquisitions space. We build, scale, and support online brands through data-driven operations, global remote teams, and efficient systems. Our focus is on creating sustainable, high-performance businesses in international markets.

Location: US - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

1. Shape content pillars and the long-term narrative arc

2. Plan and manage the weekly content cadence

3. Turn ideas and voice notes into polished, high-performing posts

4. Capture spontaneous insights and transform them into stories

5. Edit and refine content in a distinct founder voice

6. Build a simple content system (ideas → drafts → posts)

7. Guide experiments, format shifts, and growth strategy

8. Provide light accountability and creative collaboration

9. Bonus: help refine storylines for short-form video
   

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• You’re obsessed with storytelling, content strategy, and founder narratives

• You can ghostwrite with precision and personality

• You understand IG/X growth mechanics + audience psychology

• You’re great at turning raw ideas into clear frameworks

• You’re comfortable working 5–10 hrs/week with async flexibility

• Bonus: background in entrepreneurship, AI, community building, or wellness
