• Manage personal calendar make phone calls on behalf of the employer, including scheduling appointments and making reservations.
• Organize and maintain the home environment – scheduling repairs, inspections, deliveries.

· Maintain Licenses, Insurance, Registration renewals- Automobiles.

· Coordinate with service providers – Comcast, ADT, Verizon etc.

· Assist with email management and phone.

· Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.

• Track all expenses associated with repairs and purchases.
• Assist at the office as needed.

Qualifications

• Background in property management preferred.
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Profeciancy in Office 365 products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in using email, scheduling tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Fashion-conscious and attentive to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work hours.

Availability

• Provide flexible availability, with the possibility of working evenings, weekends, and traveling with the employer on vacations.
• Work from both the home and home-office as required.
