Job Description
Role name: Performance Analyst/ Engineer Role Description: •Create Performance Test Plan, Test Strategy per NFRs•Develop scripts in different Performance tools like Neolaod, Jmeter and Loadrunner.•Design and run tests like Load, Soak, Scalability etc.•Monitor and analyze from tools like Dynatrace/ AppDynamics/New Relic etc.•Application monitoring/Observability, building dashboards (Grafana tool), identifying & establishing SLA's, logging & tracing.•Developing frameworks to automate the activities in performance engineering life cycle.•Experience in AWS or Azure platform to run performance tests.•Proactively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required.•Ability to work with a team and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines.•Strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to the project/application stakeholders Competencies: Performance Engineering, Performance Testing Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: NeoLoad, Jmeter, Loadrunner, Dynatrace Desirable Skills: Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Observability, AppDynamics, New Relic Country: United States Branch | City | Location: Boston, MA
