Location: Broomfield, CO

Pay: $21 - $25 per hour, plus monthly productivity-based bonuses ($500 - $1,500 range)

Job Description:

As a Patient Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for new patients, guiding them through specialized treatment options and ensuring they receive the support they need from initial inquiry to their in-office visits. This role involves education, scheduling, and managing patient inquiries with a focus on customer service and detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and educate new patients on available treatments and costs, answering inquiries with compassion and accuracy.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling for consultations and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with clinical and support staff to optimize the patient experience and achieve individual performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3+ years in healthcare, sales, or a combination of both
    • Healthcare or medical call center experience is preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to learn and explain medical terminology
    • Excellent customer service orientation with empathy and adaptability
  • Education:
    • MA, CNA, or PTA certifications preferred
    • Background in medical sales is a plus

Additional Details:

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Screening Requirements: Background check, 9-panel drug screen
