Job Posting: Painter for Log Care, Inc

Painter for Log Care, Inc to paint and stain homes and buildings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Will be preparing surfaces with old paint and stain to receive new coats. Will be mixing colors of paint and stain to reach desired colors. Fourteen temporary positions from 4/01/2026 until 10/31/2026 at $21.99/hr, with overtime at $32.99 if necessary. Mon -- Fri, 8AM to 5PM. Various job sites in Teton County, Idaho, and Teton, Sublette, and Lincoln counties in Wyoming. Transportation to and from worksites provided by the employer from Victor, ID each workday. Possible raises, bonuses, or incentives dependent on tenure with the company, experience, or job performance. Housing deduction $175.00 per pay period per worker but only for those workers who choose to live at the employer-provided housing.

Employer assurances include wages computed on a single workweek, equal to the highest of the employer's prevailing wage determination. Workers will be paid every two weeks. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made by the employer. The employer will provide workers all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge to the worker. The employment period is guaranteed for at least of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. First workweek reimbursement for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation and subsistence benefits include transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers will be reimbursed, in full, and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed at $16.28 per day minimum without receipt to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts when the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation to the place from which the worker came to work for the employer will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily transportation to and from the worksite(s) from a central location to be determined by the employer. Disclosure of job order including any subsequent approved modifications will be provided in a language understood by the worker, as necessary or reasonable. The employer will post and maintain in a conspicuous location at the place of employment a poster provided by the Department of Labor that sets out the rights and protections for H2B workers and workers in corresponding employment.
