Purpose of the position This position is to lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure smooth program execution. They drive timeliness, manage risks, align resources, and serve as the key operational link to deliver products on time, within budget, and at the right quality – while effectively working with remote managers and global teams to maintain alignment and responsiveness. Duties and Responsibilities Manage and deliver programs in support of manufacturing site fulfillment Serve as the lead liaison between the customer and internal teams to achieve operational objectives Manage operational risks and issues by proactively identifying and assessing potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues Drive MP readiness and manage the program until EOP Oversee CapEx readiness and budgeting Develop presentation content and manage executive-level updates and business reviews Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, operation management, or related fields 3+ years of project management or supply chain management experience Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Ability to travel within the Asia Pacific region Proficiency in problem-solving and analysis techniques Ability to conduct cost breakdown analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into concise narratives and recommendations Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and cross-functional relationship-building skills Exercises respectful and courteous communication and interactions with co-workers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and all other members of staff Manages own time effectively and keeps immediate supervisor informed of activities and progress Ensures regular attendance and timely reporting at the start of shifts Receptive to change, adaptable to changing circumstances, and able to suggest improvements Supervision This position reports to onsite management and the global team manager Working Conditions Office-based role in a fast-paced environment Must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and work non-core hours or overtime as needed to complete projects without disrupting operations Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and bilingual in Mandarin and English Powered by JazzHR AdJa30vFdq #J-18808-Ljbffr ZipRecruiter
